Standard warranty

CNPC-EX guarantees the good quality and construction of its materials according to current regulations.

In case of problems found on the products, non-compliance or defects in materials or workmanship, fill out the form below. The request will be taken care of directly by our Quality Department which will evaluate it for the possible activation of the Warranty.

All CNPC-EX products are covered by warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.

Special warranty

For the LED lighting fixtures , CNPC-EX has prepared a warranty extension to 5 years.

This is an extended warranty that aims to better protect our customers and to demonstrate the high quality of our products.
