CN800-Z Series is mainly used to control the explosion-proof automatic temperature control electric tracing belt, which is suitable for the process requirements of multiple-channel antifreezing pipelines.
Functions: electric leakage, short circuit, phase loss, wire disconnection, upper and lower limit alarm, remote communication, voltage and current display, current transmitting output, DCS signal can be uploaded to the control room for remote control;
Control mode is classified into two functions:Z:-multi-channel temperature control, automatic hand control;ZT: temperature display only without control.
It is used in chemical raw material pipeline, chemical raw material storage tank, oil production wellhead device, instrument and other temperature heat tracing.
It is suitable for zone 1 and zone 2 of explosive gas environment;It is suitable for 21 and 22 areas of combustible dust environment;Suitable for IIA, IIB, IIC explosive gas environment;Applicable to temperature levels of T1~T6 group.

When ordering, customers can design the number and current of the circuit of the explosion-proof box according to the requirements of the pipeline process. If you need voltage and current multifunctional instrument or other functions, please specify separately;
The input type (conventional PT100) should be indicated if it's with temperature control, the output type include 4~20mA current transmitting output and RS485 communication, and it's not indicated if there's no such function.
Aluminum alloy is commonly used material when ordering, please indicate if you need other materials.
